Do your part to keep Lafayette Safe & Clean!
Improper disposal of household chemicals can pose a threat to health, contaminate land, air and water supplies and cause injury to staff collecting our garbage. LCG's Household Hazardous Waste Day (HHWD) allows residents a way to properly dispose of household chemicals. HHWD is a service available at no additional cost to those living within the City of Lafayette or unincorporated areas of the parish. Residents are encouraged to take advantage of this event to responsibly dispose of hazardous materials.
