Taylor Center and Lafayette Consolidated Government’s Housing and Community Services will host its first-ever Spanish-Speaking Homeownership Workshop on July 23 and 24 from 5 p.m. until 9 p.m. The workshop will provide valuable insights and support to prospective homeowners in the community and offer a comprehensive overview of the home-buying process featuring presentations from professional service individuals including a lender, realtor, inspector, insurance agent, and attorney.

  • LAFAYETTE ANIMAL SHELTER PARTNERS WITH BISSELL PET FOUNDATION FOR SUMMER NATIONAL EMPTY THE SHELTERS EVENT

  • CANBERRA ROAD CLOSURE FOR BRIDGE REPLACEMENT

    Lafayette Consolidated Government (LCG)’s Public Works Department announces the closure of Canberra Road, approximately 0.40 miles east of Johnston Street, beginning July 8, 2024. This closure is scheduled for approximately eight months for crews to remove and replace the existing bridge along with the associated roadway, drainage and water lines.
