The J. Carlton James Center is located in Deballion Park. The J. Carlton James Center offers activity rooms available for rent for meetings, workshops and a variety of social gatherings including baby showers, family reunions and graduation parties. The J Carlton James Center is home of the New Hope after school program. The park has a covered outdoor basketball court, tennis courts, a full size rental pavilion, a children’s playground with baby equipment, jogging trail, lighted football/baseball field,  and an outdoor exercise area.
