Vincent Pierre

Vincent Pierre, Municipal and Constituent Services Advisor

Former State Representative Vincent Pierre was appointed as the Municipal and Constituent Services Advisor in January 2024 where he advises Mayor-President Monique B. Boulet on issues related to municipal and constituent relations. Vincent earned a bachelor’s degree in Marketing from Southern University. His professional experience includes more than 25 years in policy, sales, leadership, and relationship building, most recently as the Louisiana State Representative for District 44. His legacy of public service will enhance constituent outreach and accountability within the administration.

Kevin Naquin

Kevin Naquin, Constituent Services Advisor

Kevin Naquin was appointed as Constituent Services Advisor in January 2026, where he advises Monique B. Boulet and serves as a direct liaison between Lafayette Consolidated Government and the community. In this role, he works closely with residents to address concerns, navigate city-parish services, and coordinate with LCG departments to resolve issues impacting neighborhoods and quality of life across Lafayette Parish. A lifelong resident of Lafayette Parish, Naquin previously served eight years on the Lafayette City-Parish Council, representing District 1, and later represented District 2 on the Lafayette Parish Council, including multiple terms as Council Chairman and Vice Chairman. He is a graduate of Acadiana High School and the University of Louisiana at Lafayette, a local business owner, and an award-winning Cajun musician. His extensive public service experience and deep ties to the community strengthen constituent engagement and responsiveness within the administration.
