Parish District 1 - Bryan Tabor

Bryan Tabor returns for a second consecutive term representing Lafayette Parish Council District 1, having served on the Parish Council since 2020, then being reelected to his seat in 2023 without opposition. He was born in Raceland, Louisiana, but has lived in Lafayette Parish for 44 years. Councilman Tabor is married to his wife, Veronica (affectionately known as “Ronni”) and they share three (3) children and six (6) grandchildren. He is President of Ace Plumbing and has worked in the industry for 36 years. Councilman Tabor graduated from Southwest High School in San Antonio, Texas and attended University of Louisiana at Lafayette. He is a graduate of Leadership Lafayette – Class 24 and holds Louisiana licensures as a plumbing contractor, an electrical contractor, and a remodel contractor. Councilman Tabor is most proud of growing and running a successful business in Lafayette and being a public servant as a Parish Councilman for District 1. He was inspired to pursue a life of public service by former Lafayette City-Parish Councilman Jay Castille. Overwhelmingly, though, Councilman Tabor believes that his public service has been and continues to be calling on his life.
