Jamie Boudreaux, Chief Communications Officer

Jamie Boudreaux was appointed as the Chief Communications Officer of Lafayette Consolidated Government in June 2024. A Lafayette native, Boudreaux joined LCG with a wealth of experience and proven capacity to create transparent and accountable access to City-Parish Government for the citizens of Lafayette Parish.

Prior to her role as Chief Communications Officer, she served as BBR Creative’s Marketing Manager, focused on strategic communications and driving creative development. She has a proven track record of developing and executing successful communications campaigns and excels in budget and project management.

Before her time at BBR, Boudreaux served as the Director of Programming and Engagement for Downtown Lafayette Unlimited and the Marketing and Events Director for Moncus Park. She returned home to Lafayette after a career in professional sports working for the Atlanta Falcons, Atlanta United, and Mercedes-Benz Stadium. Boudreaux holds a bachelor’s degree in communications from Louisiana State University and is a proud graduate of the Leadership Institute of Acadiana’s Leadership Lafayette Class XXXIII.

Born and raised in Acadiana, she has a deep love for the community and all things Lafayette. When Jamie’s not exploring new eateries or live music festivals, you can catch her with her husband Alex and daughter Camille enjoying time with family and friends.
