Now Hiring: Pool Managers & Lifeguards for Summer 2025

Pool Managers
Pool Managers oversee lifeguard staff, ensure the facility remains clean and safe, and handle fee collection. While Red Cross Lifeguard certification is preferred, it is not required. Pay is based on experience and certification status.

Lifeguards
Lifeguards are responsible for ensuring the safety of all pool participants, assisting with daily opening and closing procedures, and maintaining a clean and secure environment. Red Cross Lifeguard certification is required. Applicants must be at least 18 years old. Pay is based on experience.

Work Locations

• Martin Luther King Pool: 309 Cora St., Lafayette, LA
• Girard Park Pool: 500 Girard Park Dr., Lafayette, LA

Season Dates
The PARC swim season runs from May 22 to August 7, 2025.
