Pool Managers supervise lifeguard staff, maintain cleanliness & safety of facility, & collect fees. Red Cross Lifeguard certification is a plus, but not a requirement. Pay depends on experience and lifeguard certification.

Lifeguards ensure safety of participants, assist in opening & closing the pool, maintain cleanliness & safety of the facility. Red Cross Lifeguard certification is a requirement. Pay depends on experience. It is possible to hire minors (16 yrs and over) for this position.

Work will be at King Pool, 309 Cora St. Lafayette, LA.  Usually the pool is open 4 or 5 days a week from 2:00 PM – 6:00 PM, however the pool schedule will be determined at a later date. The pool is closed for holidays.
