HEYMANN PERFORMING ARTS CENTER NOW ON TIXLY

Lafayette, LA – Tickets for events at the Heymann Performing Arts Center are now available through a new ticket vendor, Tixly. Tickets can be purchased online at www.HeymannCenter.com or at the Heymann Performing Art Center’s physical box office located at 1373 S College Road. Tickets are no longer being offered through Ticketmaster.

This partnership offers customers added levels of convenience and optionality, allowing them to buy tickets in a way that saves time and reduces the need for paper ticketing,” said Brian McGrath, Heymann Center’s Arts & Culture Manager.

With this new ticketing system, convenience fees associated with online tickets will be noticeably less expensive. Customers will be able to see the view of the stage from seats prior to buying tickets online. Customers will also have the option to create accounts, track purchases, handle subscriptions, make donations, purchase show merchandise or VIP experiences, and choose between digital or printed tickets. All transactions will be local, dependable and secure.

The transition to the Tixly system will be seamless for the Heymann Center’s guests who have already purchased tickets for spring events. Guests will be able to use the tickets they bought before the ticketing system switch as well as tickets purchased after the switch to gain admittance with no additional steps.
