Income limits for families with more than eight persons are determined by adding eight percent of the four-person income limit to the eight-person limit for each person in excess of eight. (e.g., the low and moderate income limit for a nine person family equals ($67,750 x 40%) + $67,750 or $94,850. The milints developed by the use of these factors should be rounded up to the nearest $50.
