PARC Summer Camp Jobs

The PARC Department is accepting applications for summer camp employment opportunities for the 2025 season. Summer Camp will take place from June 9 – July 18, 2025, at the Girard Park Recreation Center. Available positions include: Camp Director, Assistant Director, Counselors, and Administrative Assistant.

Paper Shredding Day

Lafayette Consolidated Government and Keep Lafayette Beautiful invite residents to participate in the annual Paper Shredding Day, a free and secure way to dispose of sensitive documents. The event will take place on Saturday, April 5, 2025, from 9:00 a.m. to 12:00 p.m. at the Robicheaux Recreation Center.

Debris Drop 2025

Lafayette Parish residents can take advantage of Debris Drop-off Day on Saturday, April 12, 2025 to dispose of items that aren’t typically picked up curbside or that can’t fit into a cart.

Adult Basketball Registration

Registration is now open for the Lafayette PARC Adult Basketball Leagues, scheduled to begin the week of April 21. Teams may register online or in person at the PARC Administration Offices at Girard Park by April 14, 2025.

Youth Baseball & Softball Registration

Registration is now open for the Lafayette PARC Youth Baseball/Softball programs. Boys and girls ages 5-16 are invited to participate in the upcoming season, which will run from April 14, 2025, through May 23, 2025.

Vendor Access Registration

LCG is implementing a new software system that will provide better services to all of our vendors. As a vendor, you can now access a self-service portal on our website which will let you update your information, see your payments, and much more.
