Who Should Attend: Professional contractors, maintenance workers, window installation professionals, property managers, painters and others who are paid to perform renovation, repair and remodeling projects in pre-1978 housing and child occupied buildings

Certification: EPA certifications are issued to individuals who complete the course and pass the certification test in compliance with EPA procedures. Trainees must attend the entire class and have their photo taken on site.  LaHouse is approved to offer certification to conduct Renovation, Repair, and Painting activities pursuant to Section 402 of the Toxic Substances Control Act (TSCA) (15 U.S.C.2682).

Continuing Education Units: Qualifies for CEU's for Louisiana Residential Contractors, Louisiana Inspectors, and Building Performance Institute (BPI) Certifications.
