Notices are mailed around November 15th of each year and become delinquent December 31st. At that time we assess 1% interest per month and penalty will start in February.

Tax Sale
The tax sale is held on the first Wednesday in May at 1010 Lafayette St. at 9:00 am. The tax sale list will be published in the local newspaper the two Sundays before the sale.
