BRAQUET ROAD TEMPORARILY CLOSING FOR DRAINAGE AND ROAD WORK 

Lafayette, LA – Braquet Road between Louveteau Road and Cormier Road will close on Wednesday, October 26 for drainage improvements and road resurfacing. Work is expected to take approximately three months, weather permitting. 

Residents and businesses will continue to have access to side streets during construction. Drivers whose destination is elsewhere will not have access to Braquet Road and should choose a different route.
