CLASS TITLE: SYSTEMS ANALYST (LUS Fiber)
MINIMUM STARTING PAY: HOURLY - $28.06-$35.08/DOE, MONTHLY - $4,864-$6,080/DOE
PURPOSE AND NATURE OF WORK
Responsible for serving as technical architect in planning, designing, and implementing computer information systems which include hardware, software, and associated networks. Position serves as project/team leader to manage designated projects. Responsible for designing and development of program applications and reports utilizing various program languages.
DESIRABLE QUALIFICATIONS
Must have experience w/ various integration tools such as API's and XML, and application development tools such as JAVA, ASP.net, SQL, etc. Experience w/ LINUX operating systems desirable. Bachelor's degree in computer science or a closely related field of study, as well as considerable professional experience as a programmer, programmer analyst, or a systems analyst; or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
TYPE OF EXAMINATION
Exam is a rating of education and experience through a structured interview.
